Orangery Roof Options
We can build your conservatory or orangery with a variety of roof options. These roof options vary in price and lead times.
Traditional Flat Roof with Lantern
The classic orangery comes with a flat roof dorned with a stunning glass roof lantern or ‘skypod’. This retains the feel of an extension whilst still allowing natural light to flood in.
Hybrid Glass Orangery Roof
Our hybrid orangeries are similar in appearance to then traditional orangery whilst having a full glass roof adapted to give the appearance of an orangery both internally and externally.
Pitched Tiled Orangery Roof
A new take on an orangery including a pitched tile roof. Still gives the overall feel of an orangery but with an internally pitched roof and roof lantern.

In most cases planning permission is not required. Since you are allowed to extend 3m for semi-detached houses and 4m for detached. However rest assured that Coastal Conservatories will advise on and deal with all matters relating to planning permission and building regulations for your orangery on your behalf.
There is a 10 year guarantee on glass roofs and all window frames. Any tiled roofs come with a 25 year guarantee on the SupaLite conservatory roof tiles, with a life expectancy of over 50 years.
Yes we offer discounts for OAP’s, NHS, health care workers and for any emergency services.
Typically if it is a straightforward installation it will take 6-8 weeks from the point of order. If your project requires structural work, planning permission or building regulations it will take longer.
No, our professional fitters will put down boards and covers and take care of the removal of any rubbish.
