Conservatory Roof Options
We can build your conservatory or orangery with a variety of roof options. These roof options vary in price and lead times.
Classic Glazed Roof
The most popular choice traditionally for conservatory buyers. Available in self-cleaning in clear, blue or bronze tinted. We also offer solar control options for south facing or conservatories at risk of becoming too hot during summer months.
Tiled Insulated Roof
Tiled roofs on conservatories have become more and more popular. In fact much of our tiled roof conservatory business is actual upgrades from a standard glass or polycarbonate roof.
Orangery Roof
Part flat roof and part glass it’s a conservatory-come-extension but with a real wow factor that is hard to beat. We offer various types of combination roof to suit most budgets.
Polycarbonate Roof
We offer a range of polycarbonate roof options for budget conscious clients in clear, bronze and opal. We use only the finest polycarbonate for all of our conservatory roofs.

In most cases planning permission is not required. Since you are allowed to extend 3m for semi-detached houses and 4m for detached. However rest assured that Coastal Conservatories will advise on and deal with all matters relating to planning permission and building regulations for your conservatory on your behalf.
There is a 10 year guarantee on glass roofs and all window frames. Any tiled roofs come with a 25 year guarantee on the SupaLite conservatory roof tiles, with a life expectancy of over 50 years.
Yes we offer discounts for OAP’s, NHS, health care workers and for any emergency services.
Typically if it is a straightforward installation it will take 6-8 weeks from the point of order. If your project requires structural work, planning permission or building regulations it will take longer.
No, our professional fitters will put down boards and covers and take care of the removal of any rubbish.
